This morning, I went to an AXS machine on campus to buy GV
tickets.... it was jammed.
So I took a shuttle bus to the other side of campus and tried
another machine.... it kept refusing to process the transaction
after I had selected the movie, cinema, and timing. Not my card's
problem, because I haven't even reached the payment screen.
So I took a bus back to my faculty and attended a seminar. After
the seminar, I tried te first machine.... still jammed. Went to the
other side of campus again..... same transaction refusal.
So I called the customer hotline.... the operator kept insisting
that the machines were fine.
So I went through the process again, with the operator on the
line.... the machine again refused to process, but the operator
again insisted that the machine looks fine on her screen and that
the transaction was proceeding smoothly....
